Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Scope of Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services and subscriptions provided by FundRaksha LegalTech Pvt. Ltd., including but not limited to:

• FundRaksha Collect
• FundRaksha Legal
• FundRaksha Credit
• FundRaksha Book
• FundRaksha Tax
• FundRaksha Analyst

2. Subscription Fees and Payments

• All fees paid for subscriptions or services are non-refundable unless explicitly mentioned otherwise in the respective product’s agreement.
• Subscription charges will be billed as per the billing cycle chosen by the user (monthly, quarterly, or annually).
• All payments made are inclusive of applicable taxes.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Users may cancel their subscriptions via the dashboard at any time before the next billing cycle.
• No partial refunds will be issued for early termination of a subscription.
• Cancellation requests for paid services will be effective only after the end of the current billing cycle.

4. Refund Policy

• Refunds will only be processed if explicitly promised under a specific product plan or in case of duplicate payments or service errors from FundRaksha's side.
• Refund requests must be raised within 7 working days of the transaction via support@fundraksha.com with valid documentation.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

5. Exceptions

• One-time setup fees or consultation fees are non-refundable.
• No refunds are applicable for delays caused due to incorrect or incomplete information shared by the user.
• Refunds shall not apply to partially used or expired credits/subscription durations.

6. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without attempting to resolve the issue via our support channels will be considered a violation of our policy and may result in account suspension or legal action.
